More noteworthy Paris, France: Shooting of ‘Bigbug’ principally occurred in Greater Paris (otherwise called Grand Paris), at a studio situated in the Bry-sur-Marne collective of Val-de-Marne. Soundstages at Studios de Bry, situated at 2 Avenue de l’Europe in Bry-sur-Marne, were used for shooting the film. It was laid out in 1987 and is probably the biggest studio in France. The property is a film and TV creation office that offers seven soundstages to producers. The soundstages shift in region from about 300 meters square to 1100 meters square.

Aside from soundstages, the studio complex houses different creation spaces, craftsman studios, prop shops, hair and cosmetics spaces to work with creation. The film’s sets are planned by Academy Award-selected creation architect Aline Bonetto who looked for motivation from American furniture from the 1950s to 1960s for giving the film’s backgrounds an exceptional look. Works of movie producer Jacques Tati and craftsman James Turell additionally propelled the film’s sets. Well known shows and movies, for example, ‘Versailles,’ ‘Le Bazar de la Charité,’ and ‘De Gaulle’ were taken shots at the studio property.
